RETURNS POLICY
Requests for exchange and / or return of items that have not been used and are in perfect condition, are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. The order number will be necessary and that the pieces have their original labels and packaging. Elaine Moreira Jewelry will not be in charge ofshipping costs.
In the case of returns you will be granted a credit of the total price paid for the piece. No money is refunded. Shipping charges will not be included.
Custom parts made to order or purchased as a FINAL SALE offer are considered as a final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted, unless such sales include products with verifiable factory defects. In which case they must be returned unused and in perfect condition within 15 days of the date of purchase.
Any part that has arrived defective can be returned for repair or replacement. It cannot have been used and must be within 15 days of the date of purchase. The order number will be necessary and that the pieces have their original labels and packaging. Elaine Moreira Jewelry will take care of the shipping costs.

All repairs must be sent to our atelier in Caguas, Puerto Rico, accompanied by the order number or gift certificate. The shipping costs of the items to be repaired will be charged and the repairs take 15 working days.
